This production line is mainly used in pharmaceutical, healthcare products such as oral liquid, syrup, liquor, healthcare product, tincture in different viscosity packing.
u Monobloc of filling and capping in one machine, low spaceoccupied.
u Adopt volumetric piston pump to fill high precision, fit to light liquid and medium viscosity product, pump is easily taken down, convenient to clean and sterilize.
u The seal ring of piston pump is made of different kinds of matenrial, such as silicone, Teflon etc, optional ceramic pump in special use.
u PLC control system, frequency conversion adjustable speed.
u Filling volume of all pumps is major adjusted in one time, minor adjustment for each pump. Easy and quick operate.
u Filling system has the function of shrinking, no drop leakage. Top bottom fill, mostly reduce foam.
